About Simon Rountree

Simon Rountree is the CEO of Tour de Cure a Tier 1 Not for Profit (NFP) organisation that is rated in the top three organisations providing funding for cancer research within Australia. This funding has directly resulted in over 45 breakthroughs in cancer treatments across 30 different forms of cancer.

Simon has over 25 years’ experience managing other NFP’s including Camp Quality, Starlight Children’s Foundation and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Further to this he has managed his own consultancy business supporting organisations dealing with change however originally way back when he had a full head of hair he was a preschool teacher.

With qualifications in management, education, positive psychology and coaching, together with real-world experience of applying these methods in organisations, Simon is uniquely equipped to link the human side of business in line with organisational growth.

He is a regular keynote speaker, has been featured in numerous books and has authored two books with his second book (Build The Person You Want To Be) available now.

Prior to establishing Moir Group, Stephen spent 17 years with a leading international recruitment firm. He progressed through the business and was Managing Director for the operations in Australia.  He left to establish Moir Group in early 2007.
