Position
This is a rare opportunity to establish and lead the Group FP&A function, uplifting capability and building a best-in-class commercial finance team across a complex, growing organisation.
You will lead driver-based budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance reporting, establishing a disciplined operating rhythm and delivering trusted financial insight across the business.
Leading the Finance Business Partnering model, you will embed forward-looking commercial support across Business Units, shifting the function from traditional reporting into strategic advisory.
Success in this role requires a proven leader who can build high-performing teams, simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and elevate financial capability across the business. Strong systems, automation, modelling, and transformation experience will be critical in modernising processes and enabling scalable growth.
Profile
We are looking for a senior finance leader with strong presence, credibility, and the ability to operate confidently at both strategic and hands-on environments. You will be skilled at managing upwards, translating financials into clear commercial narratives, and challenging constructively to influence outcomes.
An excellent communicator, you build trust and alignment across all levels, bringing stakeholders on the journey through clear, compelling business cases and recommendations.
