Position
We are seeking an experienced Systems Accountant to support the optimisation, stabilisation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with Finance leadership and key stakeholders, you will act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 helping to improve finance processes, strengthen reporting and controls, reduce manual workarounds and increase user capability following a recent system implementation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, driving process improvement and delivering practical outcomes across a finance environment.

Profile
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) within a finance environment.
- Strong finance background with exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, month-end reporting and financial controls.
- Experience supporting ERP implementation, stabilisation or optimisation projects.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to train and support finance users.
- Experience developing documentation, user guides and process improvements.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- CA/CPA qualification highly regarded.
- 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start.
- Hybrid working in either Sydney or Canberra (can be remote).
