An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial finance leader to join this leading global consulting organisation.

With approximately 500 employees across ANZ, the business continues to experience strong growth through both strategic acquisitions and organic expansion. They are investing heavily in their finance function, creating an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused finance executive to help shape its next phase of growth.

As ANZ Finance Director, you will be a key member of the local Leadership Team, partnering closely with the ANZ MD and senior leaders to drive commercial performance, strategic decision-making and business transformation.

This is far more than a traditional finance role. You'll lead the evolution of the finance function from a controllership model to a high-performing commercial business partnering team, providing financial insight that influences profitability, growth and operational excellence.

Position

Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic and commercial decision-making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting.
Drive project profitability, working capital optimisation and financial governance.
Deliver meaningful commercial insights through data analytics and business intelligence.
Support finance transformation, process improvement and systems optimisation.
Contribute to the implementation of a consistent global finance operating model.

Profile

You are a CA or CPA qualified finance leader with a proven track record of partnering with senior executives in a multinational organisation.

You bring:
