In a newly created role, reporting into senior finance leadership, this Regional FP&A role will play a key part in supporting the APAC business through financial planning, performance reporting, commercial decision support and significant finance transformation.
Position
- Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle across the APAC business.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, variance analysis and performance insights across P&L, Balance Sheet, project performance and operational KPIs.
- Build financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with regional leadership and Global FP&A to drive planning, forecasting and business performance.
- Improve reporting, finance systems, automation and data governance to enhance business insight and decision-making.
Profile
- CA/CPA qualified with a balanced background across technical finance, commercial business partnering and continuous improvement.
- Analytical and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset and a genuine interest in automation, AI and enhancing finance performance.
- Commercially astute, proactive and curious, with a strong understanding of business drivers and strategic decision-making.
- A credible and influential communicator with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
- Collaborative, hands-on and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering results.
