This successful family owned design and manufacturing business are looking to secure the services of a CFO to bring rigour and robustness to the reporting, as well as commercial partnering for its growth. As a business they have a highly collaborative, innovative and caring culture. Ambitious about the future, they are constantly looking for growth opportunities and are very ambitious about the future. They are prepared to take calculated risks and will not pass up good opportunities.

This is a key role with significant financial and commercial responsibility and will be very visible right across the business. You will be part of an ambitious executive team playing a prominent role in the overall management of the company, ensuring a robust reporting environment as a foundation for growth.

There will be a strong focus on cost management as you look to find areas of improvement, especially in COGS. Adept in project management cost control is also crucial as the business looks to expand into new product categories and manufacturing facilities.

You will also play a key role in understanding what risks are pragmatic and realistic for the business. Experience in business process improvement and an ability to look for constant improvement is also desirable.

Person Profile
As the business looks to grow a forward-thinking, innovative and agile approach is crucial in order to achieve ambitious growth targets. Your ‘commercial energy’ will be visible to the whole business. Excellent people management skills are essential as you work to influence the wider business with integrity and transparency.

A salary of c.$220.000k package plus STI is on offer plus relocation expenses if required.
