Finance Manager Melbourne

It is an exciting time to join the business as they have recently acquired and continue to grow across Australia and internationally. 

    In this standalone role, you will be responsible for managing all regulatory and financial reporting for all Australian entities.

    You will manage all month-end and year-end duties, statutory reporting, management reporting, Audit and process improvements. You will be the go-to person for technical accounting advice and analysis as well as maintaining an effective and robust internal controls environment. It is important that you have experience in ASX reporting (including 4D and 4E) and be confident in performing group consolidations, intercompany work and FX currency.

    Engaging across the business and developing strong stakeholder relationships is also critical as the business continues to grow.


    Technically excellent, you must be CA or CPA qualified. 
    Ideally you will have trained in a Big 4 environment and be looking to make your first move and/or have 1-2 years PQE in commerce.

    You will enjoy working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and delivering to deadlines. You must have strong ERP and system exposure, with high levels of accuracy and self-drive. This role will be highly visible as you are the key finance person on the ground in Australia. 

    Salary on offer around $120,000 per annum (inclusive of super).
    There is long-term scope for the successful person to have career progression and become a future Financial Controller.
