Finance Manager – ANZ Sydney

The Finance team works together with the business as a business partner enabler, providing financial reporting and support services that align with the group strategy.

Duties include:

  • Leading the team and overseeing the operations of the ANZ Corporate Finance team and provide day to day financial services to the ANZ business
  • Lead the monthly sales short term incentive calculations
  • Provide group audit support
  • Payroll journals and month end accruals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and statutory requirements
  • Cashflow reporting  

CA or CPA qualified you will have a sound knowledge of technical accounting principles.  You will have experience in managing a small transactional team perhaps in a Big 4 or commercial environment.  A people person, you will have strong interpersonal and stakeholder influencing skills.  With high attention to detail you have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.  With a process improvement mindset you will challenge current processes and promote innovation.

Salary c. $130,000 (base +super) + STI.
