You will have a very key role in the organisation and will work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to include; Financial Transformation Team, the Property Team, Financial Control and Systems Team. You role will be focused on providing National leadership during a time of transformation, over the Asset Accounting and Insurance Claim Processing function. With huge scope for process improvement and strategic leadership, you will establish a new structure and build systems. You will manage the CAPEX policies, Capital Fixed Assets, the capital works program and act as a strategic partner on all CAPEX project reviews and WIP accounts. The role also encompasses the establishment of best practices regarding the lodgement of insurance claims.
You will have considerable experience in managing large capital works programs in large organisations, coupled with proven experience in engaging and managing stakeholder groups of all levels. Property experience will be extremely highly regarded. You will have demonstrated you ability to work in a changing environment and be comfortable implementing best practice and process improvements.
