Finance Manager/Process Improvement Sydney


Not for Profit organisation requiring extensive commercial acumen to support process improvement.


This is a 6 month contract to review and implement processes, specifically around Procure To Pay and expense management systems.  Our client wishes to hire someone who has improved these processes previously, in a mid sized environment.  This is a project based contract and could develop into an ongoing, more traditional Finance Manager role.


You are an experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial focus, and have particular experience in P2P based processes – including expense management, invoicing and PO processes.  You must be comfortable working in an unstructured environment where significant improvements must be made. Your style should be collaborative, results focused and have a strength in stakeholder management.


This role is initially for 6 months and is paying $500pd + super (around $120k + super level).  There is potential for this role to become longer term in a more traditional Finance Manager capacity.  5 minute walk to North Sydney train station and buses.
