You will be leading the Finance Digital revolution across the Group working closely with the Deputy CFO and CIO.
You will be strategic, able to drive change and lead projects. You will work within a multi site/multi system environment and you will be using your experience to analyse and challenge the current state and implement best practice across the business streams. You will look at processes and systems and drive change across the organisation.
You will instrumental in establishing a technology platform enabling finance to take advantage of digital tools such as predictive modelling, artificial intelligence, robotics process automation and block chain.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and be confident engaging various teams throughout the organisation. You will build rapport, quickly identify and resolve issues and drive results.
A background within delivering best practices, process re-engineering, finance technology transformation and process change is absolutely required.
Your core finance/accounting background and your mix of consultancy and implementation skills, is essential. Your proven skills to implement best practices in a large change project within a complex large businesses is also a must.
Your experience must show that you have delivered successfully in previous change management projects.
