    This role owns the financial control function including delivery of month end, quarter end and year end, ensures a sound control environment, plays a lead role in budgeting and forecasting, overseas the audit, cash flow management, tax and others.  

    This person will lead and mentor a highly engaged and passionate team, driving continuous improvement and best practice across systems and processes, ensuring a single source of truth.

    CA/CPA qualified you will be driven and curious yet humble and hands on in approach, someone that will take the time to understand the the team and their processes and bring them on your journey of best practice and transformation. 

    You will have significant experience in a financial management position. Tech savvy and experienced with systems such as Hyperion, Oracle or similar you will have transformation experience and look to streamline and automate where possible, creating time for the value add. 

    With outstanding communication skills you will engage and partner with the business understanding key drivers and providing insights.  You will be empathetic, have a sense of fun and a collaborative style and a passion for the business.
