What You Will Do
Reporting to the CFO you will be part of the senior management team responsible for driving and delivering the budgetary objectives for the business.
Producing monthly reports of financial performance for the Senior Leadership Team, managing the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts will also be important elements of the role.
Challenging assumptions and providing financial analysis and guidance on activities and business drivers you will also promote a culture of customer service and insights within the business.
Who You Are
CA/CPA qualified, ideally with extensive experience in a public / private hospital environment and successful budget management experience in a large complex organisation. High level interpersonal skills as well as demonstrated experience in negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders, of all levels through a collaborative approach.
