A small, community based NFP organisation that services youth and families with a variety of offerings.

The Operations Manager is a key member of the Senior Management Team , responsible and accountable for the sustainable management of the integral programmes, whilst ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives and the vision, mission and values.
This role is responsible for supporting youth and family based wellness, recreation and education programs, office administration, sustainable budget management and personnel management. A key component of this role is building relationships with key stakeholders as well as compliance, audit and risk management across programs. You will work closely with Finance to ensure sustainability of projects and offerings.

Excellent communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities is important for this role. You must have previous experience in a similar role ideally within a NFP or youth/family services organisation. Tertiary qualifications in Business or Psychology and Education are essential. As a person, you must possess high emotional intelligence, be able to manage a team and oversee a variety of core areas across the business. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team so being able to think strategically is key.

$110K plus super plus benefits; rewarding and broad role.
