Position
The Payroll and Benefits Officer reports to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for all payroll activities in Australia and assist with payroll activities outside of AU as required. As the business continues to grow the complexity will increase as a result of initiatives and benefits being introduced companywide.

The role will play a key role in management of staff benefits offered and will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Profile
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 2-3 years in a similar role and 8+ years of experience in the field. You will be able to exercise discretion with highly sensitive information. You will have a solid understanding of Australian payroll compliance issues, and possess clear and concise communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail and be highly professional.

Experience working with Xero, Bamboo HR, ERP systems is desirable. Experience with US payroll and system migration would be advantageous.
