This role is working for a subsidiary of an ASX listed leading company with an excellent reputation and a driven high performing culture.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for a team of 400 largely Award employees. You will also manage a payroll project repositioning and centralising the payroll function and ensuring a smooth integration with current and future business procedures.
You will have at least 10 + years Payroll experience in a similar sized business and have managed Award based payrolls in a multi-site capacity. You will have a solid understanding of state based and federal legislative requirements and ensure ongoing legal updates are managed proactively and communicated to key stakeholders. In addition you will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, be highly numerate with good written communication and documentation skills. Previous experience of Aussiepay and Preceda are desirable.
