Growing market leader within the FMCG sector based in North West Sydney.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to drive transformation and change within the payroll division.
This is a well known organisation with a high performing culture and dynamic leadership team.
This role will be responsible for leading a team of 5 + payroll professionals – you will work with them to develop their skills through providing training and mentorship and ensure their on-going success.
You will still have a hands-on role involved with end to end payroll processing for over 800 employees on both a weekly and monthly basis.
You will work closely with ADP to ensure accurate and timely pay runs, as well as being able to effectively navigate their time and attendance system.
Involved with processing benefits, insurances, state and federal awards, EBAs, and managing accruals, super and Tax.
As the Manager you will be involved in collaborating with other departments in the business and engaging with stakeholders – both internally and externally.
You will have a focus on continuous improvement and always be looking for ways to streamline processes and improve the effectiveness of the function.
The successful candidate MUST have the following skills and experience:
- Payroll Manager experience, people leadership
- ADP experience
- Time and Attendance system experience
- Experience working in a similar large corporate
- Superior communication skills and an exceptional attention to detail
- You will be proactive and positive to fit this lively culture
- Salary Negotiable depending on experience
