Multinational, high profile organisation looking for support in the Payroll area from an experienced Project, Change and Payroll professional.
You will work with the project team and partner with HR to run a changing payroll system.
The project team is working on a new payroll system implementation and due to extensive acquisitions, they need to consolidate and merge the payroll systems.
You will work with complex EBA’s including operational EBA’s and you will analyse data and back end payroll information across the group. You will work closely with the project manager and undercover and resolve issues.
They have employees across Australia, New Zealand and AsiaPac. The implementation is on hold whilst they sort out the payroll issues and get things working smoothly across the organisation.
You will work with external stakeholders including consultants and the IT vendor and internal stakeholders including project managers, payroll team members, HR and the finance and reporting group.
Must be a proven Payroll expert with EBA, time and attendance experience and data analyst experience, with proven change and project skills. They have complex EBA’s and systems issues to resolve and you must bring proven skills to help resolve these issues, and also understand Preceda, to succeed in this changing and exciting role. Experience in remuneration incentives is also needed.
This is an initial 3 month role and paying $680 – $780 per day depending on experience. Role is based in the West and you will drive and there is parking on site.
