Multinational, high profile organisation looking for strong project and payroll skills from an experienced Project, Change and Payroll professional, who has strong Kronos experience.
You will work with the project team and partner with HR to drive the implementation of a new payroll system.
The project team is working on a new payroll system implementation and due to extensive acquisitions, they need to consolidate and merge the payroll systems.
You will deal with a variety of stakeholders and help drive the successful implementation of Kronos through testing, analysis, configuration and then you will roll it out to the employees. The testing will be complex and done with a testing manager.
This role reports to Head of Human Resources and they have employees across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. Alot of work has been done already to get the project to implementation stage and now they need your strong project, payroll, communication and Kronos skills to move the project to the implementation phase.
Must be a proven Project and Payroll professional with stakeholder management, change and project skills. Must have experience in Kronos and implementation and testing, as you will bring that expertise to the team.
This is a fixed term 5-6 month role, likely to extend. Salary depends on experience and a guide is around $700-800 per day depending on experience, or an equivalent fixed term salary. Role is based in south west.
