This is a stand alone role responsible for the function and it is an end to end payroll position looking after the fortnightly payroll. This is great opportunity for someone to streamline processes and really bring best practice. The organisation currently uses MYOB PayGlobal, however, this is not a prerequisite, more important is a continuous improvement focus and a solutions based mindset. You will have experience of working in a similar role and will enthusiastic to work within a wider finance team to deliver exceptional results.
An experienced payroll specialist with a proven track record of running a function within a changing environment would be well suited to this role. If you enjoy the challenge of process improvement and having an impact, you will enjoy the scope of this position. You will be a strong people person who will be used to engaging effectively with both HR and finance. You will have had exposure to EBA, Awards and salaried payroll and will be a confident autonomous worker.
