Managing a team of high performing business partners and reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO and Executive team and support your stakeholders through a new budgeting & planning process whilst influencing the business to change behaviours during this period of transformation.
You will provide the business with new commercial analytics and corporate metrics and provide a road map for the future to support the new strategy across Australia, whilst also working closely with the Asian business.
The CFO is looking for a successor and once you have bedded down a ‘best in practice’ business partnering and planning function, you will be empowered to take on the more strategic projects to set you up for future success.
You will be CA/CPA/MBA qualified and experienced in leading a Corporate FP&A function at a senior level as well as demonstrated Sales and Executive business partnering and a wealth of experience building commercial insights
You will have an energetic style with a level of drive, ambition, agility and adaptability. You will be a strong leader and will be confident and experienced presenting at Executive and Board level in a fast paced and demanding environment. It is essential that you are both “hands on” as well as able to see the “bigger picture” to provide high quality insights and engagement with your Executive and Board stakeholders.
You will be highly analytical, strategic and commercial and your experience will be gained from operating in media, technology, FMCG or similar B2B industry. It is essential that you demonstrate exceptional skills in TM1 or a similar planning tool, enabling systems to drive meaningful insights.
Salary c. $220,000 – $240,000 (base +super) + STI.
