Procurement and Customer Service Consultant Sydney

Large, complex education services provider requires a procurement consultant to join their customer centric team. 

This will be a varied role with responsibility for providing support to the sourcing department. You will be a key person to engage with customers and internal/external stakeholders and handle all incoming queries to the department. You will also be involved with the purchase requisition process, managing POs and ensuring compliance to procedures. 

You will be a confident communicator and able to build deep relationships with customers. You will have a high attention to detail and be a dedicated team player, who enjoys working in a fast-paced and energetic environment. 

Previous experience working in a customer service / procurement role is advantageous to hit the ground running. 

12m fixed term contract – with strong potential to extend / convert to permanent. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will have lots of scope to learn and develop in the business over time. Flexibility to work from home – hybrid model.
