Managing one direct report, reporting to the CFO with a dotted line to the Head of Procurement, as Procurement Manager, this is a greenfield role where you are responsible for developing a strategic procurement capability to deliver a program of cost saving initiatives and performance improvement. This is a strong business partnering role where you will also support other business units of the company to ensure the commercial plan is delivered.
You will be responsible for managing procurement expenditure in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and develop key sourcing and procurement cost saving initiatives to achieve savings across multiple categories of spend.
You will manage and negotiate supplier contracts to align with the strategy and collaborate with the operations teams to deliver best practice for procurement processes and compliance management, as well drive conversations and efficiencies through highly informative key performance metrics. Finally, you will actively engage in and champion the Procure-to-Pay Process.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and be an experienced Procurement Manager or similar level with multi-site procurement experience.
You must have skills in contract management and negotiation, governance and compliance, Procure-to-Pay, Project Management and have strong IT skills.
Most importantly, this role requires exceptional stakeholder and communication skills as you will be working closely with and influencing the CFO, Global Procurement Team, National Operations, Leadership Team and external stakeholders.
