As a direct point of contact for clients and carers in relation to roster management, you will coordinate development and ongoing coverage of client rosters.
You will possess excellent interpersonal, communicative and problem-solving skills and have previous experience of effectively rostering a high volume of staff in the care industry. You will have demonstrated experience and ability to develop rosters in consultation with the organisation to meet client needs. You will be aware of the awards relating to care workers and relevant workplace agreements and legislation. Ideally some rostering improvement project implementation exposure.
This role will start asap on a temporary basis and is likely to go permanent. This role is paying $30ph to $35ph plus super depending on experience.
