Health Service Provider going through a time of growth and restructure, needs a strong people manager, with commercial acumen, to lead a small finance team and add value across the business.
You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and be responsible for the divisional reporting, regulatory requirements and the variance analysis, to help drive the commercial success of the organisation.
The role involves leadership of a small team, month end reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis, audit, project and stakeholder management.
You, together with your team, will be true business partners to the CFO and the broader organisation and provide valuable insights from your reporting and analysis.
CPA/CA qualified, coming from a previous hands on role. bringing proven experience in staff management, business partnering and report analysis. You must have a calm and considered approach and be able to do complex financial analysis, day to day accounting, whilst mentoring a team and providing value to internal and external stakeholders. Staff management experience of at least 3-5 people is essential.
Great opportunity to immediately join a finance team that is dedicated to adding value to the business. You will initially join on an contract basis and then if successful, the role will move into a permanent position. It is for someone open to roles in the range of $100,000 – $110,000 plus super and will commence on an equivalent hourly rate.
