Senior Analyst – Analysis & Reporting Sydney

This multinational food manufacturing business has a strong presence in Australia and is a leader in its field. With c. $1.5bn turnover, they have had huge success recently and significant growth. They are now very well positioned to continue this in both the short and medium term. This position will play a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth through developing a leading financial analysis, planning and reporting function across the group and delivering meaningful insights to Executive Management.

Position
As the Senior Analyst, reporting to the CFO, you will support all areas of the business for all analysis and reporting for the Managing Director, Commercial Director and CFO. This will relate to the Group’s budgeting and forecasting, customer analysis, Board reporting, building new dashboards & KPIs and presenting quality insights in PowerPoint for Executive Management use. 

This role will open up opportunities for further projects such as new systems implementations and the chance to grow your career with this fast growing business. 

Profile
You must be CA or CPA qualified with demonstrated experience in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting and building new analytics (KPIs, dashboards etc). 

Superb excel and systems skills and the ability to interrogate and manipulate large data and presenting in informative graphs etc are essential.

It would be highly advantageous if you have SQL or database applications experience. 

You will be inquisitively minded and the type of person who really enjoys a challenge. You will have excellent communication and able to influence the business, holding your own with the leadership team. 

Benefits
Salary c. $120,000 + super + 20-30% STI.
