Position
This role will see you prepare, analyse and report financial information to ensure accuracy of the organisation’s financial performance and position, in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will be required to conduct for example month end, reconciliations, tax, Board and management reports as well as ensuring financial policies, controls and processes within the finance team are operating effectively. Additionally, you will perform budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis as well as get involved with various projects,
Profile
CA or CPA qualifications are essential as is a proactive, inquisitive and resilient nature. You must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and technical skills as well as strong time management skills and a high attention to detail. Key to this role is your hands on approach and ability to adapt to a changing environment; always striving to improve processes. You must be able to work within a collaborative, nimble team.
