You will be joining a service organisation with an evolving culture, looking to enhance their strategic and commercial processes to take the organisation to the next phase of growth and success.
Working in a hands-on capacity, with a high calibre leader, your role will provide value-add business partnering across finance and the business. This is a dynamic role with accountabilities to the CFO, Executive Team and other managers.
You will provide support to the business by providing complete end to end financial ownership for the Divisions you are assigned. Working with external and internal stakeholders, you will gather information to understand the environment the organisation works in and with this, help develop and implement the corporate strategy and the planning and reporting framework. You will also be required to perform month end and other finance related tasks in order to get an in depth understanding of the organisations financial processes.
You will present your analytical findings to support short and long term strategic decision making. Process improvement.
You will be CA/CPA qualified, with proven skills in a complex, commercial environment. This role will suit a high-performer who is experienced in complex environments; You will have demonstrated experience in modelling strategic planning, FP&A and projects. You will also have strong BI, advanced Excel and financial modelling skills together with a commercial mindset. Your communication skills must be outstanding and you need to be able to communicate across all levels within an organisation.
$150k inclusive super. You will commence remotely and longer term, it is a CBD location. Prestigious organisation
