Opportunity to “give back” in this commercially run NFP located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
As a primary workforce contact for rostering and related matters, you will undertake and support in the delivery of master rosters and coordinate the tracking and reporting of casual staff allocation. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to team members in the time & attendance system, and undertake headcount and rostering analysis where required.
You will possess excellent interpersonal, communicative and problem-solving skills and have previous experience of effectively rostering a high volume of staff. You will have demonstrated experience and ability to develop rosters in consultation with the business to meet client needs and to be financially sustainable as well as the ability to interpret relevant workplace agreements and legislation. Kronos experience is essential.
This role is a 3-6 month contract with a potential for permanency for the right candidate. Salary commensurate with relevant experience.
