Shanthi Smith

Senior Associate, Executive Search (On Leave)

With 25 years of experience Shanthi joined Moir Group in 2019 where she specialises in executive level search.

Shanthi started her career in Big 4 chartered accountancy before moving into the commercial arena where she gained over 20 years’ experience across a diverse range of roles and industries. She has held various senior management positions in Sydney and London in finance, commercial and planning roles across a range of sectors including mining, oil and gas, property, construction and large projects.

With her in depth experience in accounting and finance Shanthi has unique insights into client and candidate needs and the CFO market.

Shanthi holds a Bachelor of Commerce, CPA, and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
