Emma has over 25 years’ recruitment experience within Accountancy and Finance.
She joined the Moir Group in 2010, and focuses on contract and interim roles. She has a track record in successfully placing candidates in executive, managerial, and specialised roles within leading corporations, startups, ASX listed and global businesses.
She initially started her recruitment career in the UK, returning to Australia in 2003. She works alongside a team of professional recruiters and is involved in learning, training and development and hosting professional seminars and workshops.
She demonstrates sound leadership as a mentor and manager to a team of recruitment consultants. Her adeptness in managing and inspiring others has been instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and unparalleled client service within her teams.
Her areas of focus are Financial Controllers, Financial Managers, CFO’s, Commercial and Change Managers, Analysts, Financial and Management Accountants, Systems, Project and Transformation Contractors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
