After extensive research to determine gaps in the market with finance professionals, we are delighted to announce the launch of “Pathway to CFO”. The program investment is $6,500 plus GST.

This is an intensive and interactive program for finance professionals specifically designed for emerging leaders looking to take that next step to CFO.

This will commence in March and May 2024 through to November. We have 3 different date schedules.

Vicky Lazarus – Manager, Moir Group Career Advisory

Vicky Lazarus joined Moir Group in February 2014 as a Senior Consultant in the Temporary/ Contracting team. She then joined the Not-for-Profit division of Moir Group to further develop relationships in this sector and recruit permanent roles. Vicky looks after all levels of Finance and Accounting roles within these sectors across NSW.

Vicky is a Registered Psychologist and combines her background in counselling with over 15 years of experience recruiting across a variety of disciplines and industries. She is passionate about finding an exceptional fit for candidates and helping them build their careers and sense of self-worth.

 

Yolanda Beattie – Course Facilitator

Yolanda Beattie founded Yo&Co in 2019 after spending three years leading Mercer’s learning and inclusion consulting practice. Before that, she managed the Workplace Gender Equality Agency’s public affairs team.

Her 20-year career has focused on influencing change by expertly facilitating conversations that capture hearts and minds – at a national, industry, organisational and individual level. She brings to clients an infectious energy, passion for breaking the mould and insatiable desire to get to the heart of issues in pursuit of solutions that work.

Yolanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce and a Master’s degree (with merit) in public policy. She is also a certifed executive coach (IECL).
